Before the Sell Support:
We can offer our resellers high resolution images of the products when available, product demo's in flash, alter manufactures PDF's to add your contact information. On our support site we give you access to the latest firmware of many of the products and can help with visio diagrams of configurations that you can present to your customers with you name on.
After the Sell Support: After the sell we are still here to assist you with support on the products. You can generally reach one of our tech's by phone or email and not wait all day for someone to respond back to you. Our tech's all work on the solutions daily and do not work out of a call center with a flow chart to trouble shoot. In business time is valuable and a down system needs a prompt response as to keep the end user a happy customer.
